I made this skin because there doesn't seem to be any LVMPD CVPI's for GTA 5 (from what I saw) I know LVMPD do not use the lightbar featured in the model I made this skin for, but for me it's close enough. I can't model, but I can do textures so I've done what I can do. It is used in conjunction with LVMPD FPIU vehicle linked below (in my game, anyway) for a LVMPD playing experience. I personally renamed the CVPI to sheriff and use the FPIU as sheriff2, but it's all personal preference. This was made for my personal game so I'm not after criticism, I am simply sharing so others can perhaps enjoy it, too.
 
Compatibility
Skin for use with the CVPI (vehicle name is police2) from this pack. Other vehicle in pack can be discarded.

Here is my Sacramento County Sheriff skin pack! It works with both TwistedScope's Miami and LAPD pack's (to name a few) It contains skins for the Ford Crown Victoria and Ford Police Interceptor. The FPIU skins are all the same design, whereas the CVPI comes with the basic look, one with 'Sheriff' in white on the boot, and an all white patrol car. In terms of accuracy I would say it's pretty close. I couldn't replicate the unit numbers on the windows though but that's just a GTA thing. You can grab either pack from below!

Here is my LAPD skin for t0y's 2016 Chevy Express van. I made this skin for my own game as I wanted a more LAPD style van for prison transports to fit in with my game. This livery is not based upon a real design as I'm not sure if the  LAPD even use these vehicles. This is simply my take on an LAPD style Chevy Express.

As per request, here is an LAPD style Prisoner Transport Skin for the 2016 Chevy Express. Like my other skin it's not based upon a real van, rather what I think it would look like. I've included three versions in this release. A 'Prisoner Transport' a 'Traffic Unit' and one without either text down the side.

These Inglewood Police skins are ones I've made for my personal collection but thought I would release here. They are designed for use with the CVPI from the ELS LAPD but will also work with the ELS Miami pack, both by TwistedScopes

I'm not exactly sure what font they used for the motto, but I've found a font that is pretty close. It's not a 100% replica  due to this small issue

Another skin from my personal collection. This time a California Highway Patrol skin for BxBugs's 2011 CVPI he released with ELS. I'm aware there may be existing CHP skins around  that are compatible with this model but I couldn't be bothered searching around for them so I made this one! This pack contains 2 skins in total which I personally run along side my Sheriff skins in the Sheriff slot.

Here is my Federal Signal Smart Siren SS2000! This is the same siren used by the LAPD and NYPD among other many other departments throughout the United States. This pack contains a Wail, Yelp, Priority and Horn all of which can be heard in the video below (with an added Hi/Lo for the Siren Mastery version!) Full install instructions are included for both the Siren Mastery and traditional install methods. Unfortunately due to the vehicles.awc limit being 15.7mb I had to remove '0x17E9AF5D' which is a train passing sound. This will only affect you if you are using the traditional method of install. Siren Mastery only method will not mute this sound. I did try to compress the siren as much as I could without compromising quality, but I couldn't push it below the limit. You've probably never heard the sound I muted in-game before and won't notice it's gone and lets face it, it's worth it for this awesome siren, right?!

Today I am presenting a Federal Signal 80K!. It features a Wail, Yelp, Manual and Horn tone. The manual tone loops after a couple seconds of silence, and it's basically designed for the user to put on (for the length of the tone itself or not) then switch off (or swap to another tone) Manual only works for the Siren Mastery version. Full install instructions are included for both the Siren Mastery and traditional install methods. Unfortunately due to the vehicles.awc limit being 15.7mb I had to remove '0x17E9AF5D' which is a train passing sound. This will only affect you if you are using the traditional method of install. Today I am presenting a San Andreas Highway Patrol skin pack for the California Highway Patrol MegaPack! The love child of California Highway Patrol and Nevada Highway Patrol. As you can tell the skin incorporates characteristics of each departments livery designs complete with a SAHP logo which was based on the CHP logo. Just a quick skin I whipped up for MooseYTY's VF Commodore model and Macgregor's Victoria Police model. For  those unaware, VicRoads TSS (Transport Safety Services) have very similar authority to Victoria Police. Although they primarily focus on HR vehicles, TSS officers can issue infringement notices and defect notices to light motor vehicle drivers. I primarily made this skin to use along side a Victoria Police (or Highway Patrol) skin for when you feel like going on a defect spree. This skin isn't 100% identical to the real life variant, but it's very close. It's kind of a WIP at the moment and needs work, but if it gets attention I'll work on cleaning it up. None the less, it still doesn't look half bad.

Today I'm presenting a Carson SA-430 siren for Siren Mastery. This release includes 5 tones which include Wail, Yelp, Phaser, Manual and Horn. The manual tone will loop after it ends just like any other tone so it's designed for the player to use briefly and stop it, or let it finish then stop it after the tone has finished otherwise it will begin to loop again.

My forth Siren Mastery related upload! This time I present a Whelen 295SL100 siren complete with 6 tones. They include 2 yelp tones, 2 wail tones, 1 hyper yelp and a horn. As with all my Siren Mastery releases, I've added a slight echo to the wail tones specifically to give it a more 'real' sound.

Another skin for mohaalsmeer's Ford S331 Towtruck! This time it is based on Australia's largest towing operator, Nationwide Towing.

Just a quick skin I whipped up for mohaalsmeer's Ford S331 Towtruck. Obviously RACV don't use these trucks but hopefully this will add a more Australian feel (or Victorian specifically) for those who like the truck.
