Nevermind I fixed it now. But this one is a new problem now, The Eyecandy v6 enb works but I see no text, HUD, or Blips , Not even the map

Ever since I reinstalled my backup from steam ( I messed up my backup by installing mods in there such as scripts and ENB - Works perfectly with ENB) , I start to have this problem where I would put everything on high and try and install an ENB. When I put the ENB in my directory (NOT MY BACKUP Directory ), I would load the game and when I spawn, the whole screen would be black and I would see the "Your call " in the bottom right-hand side of the screen glitchy. How can I fix this? I really want an ENB in my PC again Vision ENB is the one I want.

So recently I've been playing LCPDFR for about 2 months now and now that I've defrag my pc, it acts weird. By weird I mean , after I click Play between the options (Cancel), and (Play(offline)), it would launch it and the first black screen before the introduction credits, it will alt tab and not let me get in , always kicks me out the screen but still running the game. *MIND YOU , I DID A FRESH INSTALL 2 TIMES * If you have any questions regarding the situation, please ask to make it more understandable for you and how I could fix it, Thanks!
