    I am having an issue with the ELS mod. All sirens are stuck on whenever I get into a vehicle, not flashing, just stuck on. Also I cannot open the CTRL+P menu even with scroll lock on/off.

    For some reason, the blue and red lights are not showing up at all on my police vehicles. I am on Code 3 but they are not flashing at all. The only lights which are flashing, are the rear lights (brake lights).
