Yeah, it's not the scripts fault per se if the cops are slower than the perps, it all has to do with that crappy default cop walk style that came with GTA IV. I just went int peds.ide, and changed the slow walk style to a much faster one.

Yes, it does have to do with the raincoat, but you dont even have to go in your pedvariations, simply delete the raincoat texture and lowr_diff_001.dds and you should be fine. It took me a long time to figure it out. Good Luck!

Hello everyone, I have tried and tried again, but I have completely given up with zmodeler and making the lightbar. Anyway, could someone maybe make a Ford Crown Victoria with these specs: Normal Rims Federal Signal Vision with NYPD style color setup (rotating lights, not the LED version, with standard traffic advisor) ELS-H No Rambar No wigwags in the headlights or tail lights No grill lights No rear deck lights. So basically, I am asking for a basic ford crown victoria and a FS Vision lightbar. Thanks a lot guys!

Alt p is normal, and cntrl p is force duty. In normal mode, yiu select uniform, partner, and car. In force duty, you skip all that.

It shows a bat because you have no baton mod installed, as for the taser, you must hit Alt T 2 times for it to show up.

Go with 7-and definitley get a good graphics card. preferably ATI or AMD. Also get at least 3GB of RAM.

Try uninstalling some mods, GTA IV can only handle so many.

Hit the start button, type %appdata% and hit enter, then hit AppData, Local, Rockstar Games, savegames, then there should be a folder with your savegame info, mine is user_e0000029b62789d5, open it up and delete ALL SAVEGAMES, but not the Controlmap.dat as these are the keybindings, and if you delete these, you will have to customize the keys all over again. Hope this helps!
