Andrew Lincoln got a reaction from CriticalBrit for a file, Military Police Texture PackMilitary Police Texture Pack V1.2
I personally have been doing a few patrols in Fort Zancudo and using an LA County Sheriff vehicle wasn't fundemental. Therefore I decided to make my own Military Police texture.
It may not be the ideal or actual cars Military Police use but I have chosen the Explorer and Charger anyway. If the texture comes to be successful I would be happy to do more textures. As far as I'm aware this is a completely fictional texture pack, so I'm not aiming for a certain Military Police design. Since Fort Zancudo is the only military base in GTA V the texture has been Fort Zancudo inspired; this texture does have comparisons with CHP with the one white door on either side and arced text but like I said the texture is not based on anything. Each of the vehicles I am using will probably have the Federal Signal Arjent lightbar as it keeps the texture pack authentic and professional. My future plans are to have some textured officers to go with the vehicles but personally I think I'm far from doing any ped textures. I am also keen on doing a CVPI which, once again also has a Federal Signal Arjent lightbar.
To install these textures, download the vehicles below:
2010 - 2015 Ford Explorer
http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9136-ford-explorer-lapd-2010-2015/
2011 Dodge Charger
http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9289-dodge-charger-2011-arjent-lspd/
Make sure you follow all the guides on installing the vehicle which is included with the vehicle files.
To install the texture simply follow the guide below:
1. Find the vehilces files in OpenIV (Use the vehicles installation guide to find them)
2. Enable edit mode and click on the .ytd file
4. Find the texture slots and replace the original textures with the Military Police.
IF YOU USE THE EXPLORER FOR PATROLS WITH LAPD, ONLY REPLACE ONE TEXTURE SLOT TO MINIMISE THE CHANCE OF HAVING MILITARY POLICE OUTSIDE OF FORT ZANCUDO.
Changelog:
Added a 2011 Dodge Charger.

This is a texture fo Cosmo's Lenco Bearcat. Los Angeles Police Department has multiple Lenco vehicles, including Bears and Bearcats.
The texture is a replica of Rescue 4, since it was the only vehicle I could find in-depth images of.

Andrew Lincoln got a reaction from guil820 for a file, San Francisco Police Department (4K) V1.1Call Of Reality is welcoming the first of many (hopefully) San Francisco Police Department vehicle textures. The textures are on going and will be released one per day (unless otherwise) as an update.
I'm hoping to have a wide span of vehciles including BxBugs123's amazing Chevrolet Impala even if SFPD don't use it, I simply cannot have a texture pack without that car. THIS PACK ONLY CONTAINS PART ONE.
In order of releases:
1. MephistoPheles' 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor.
Link: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8827-2011-ford-crown-victoria-police-interceptor-san-andreas-highway-patrol/
2. BxBugs123's 2014 Chevrolet Impala
Link: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8952-2014-chevrolet-impala-lspdlssd/
3. CollaboProduction's 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV

4. KAMELKFB's 2015 Dodge Charger RT

5. Yard1's Brute Riot (Mapped Default Style)
Link: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8372-brute-riot-mapped-default-style/
Any suggestions for SFPD please put in the comments of the file page. Here are some possibilities if the vehcile is released.

Andrew Lincoln got a reaction from Alexander195 for a file, Texas State Troopers MiniPackWelcome to Texas!
The Texas State Trooper MiniPack contains 3 vehicle textures and are almost carbon copies of the real versions. Both ‘SHERIFF’ and ‘SHERIFF2’ are used for this pack and I added a fiction texture for the ‘FBI’ slot as well.
Now the whole of Blaine County and Los Santos County are filled with Texas State Troopers. Hope you enjoy.
Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor
- Includes four textures (one for each slot).
- A different license plate for each slot.
- Carbon copy of the real thing.
- LINK: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8926-ford-cvpi-sheriff/
Chevrolet Tahoe
- Includes one texture (only one slot).
- Carbon Copy of the real thing.
- LINK: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8890-2008-tahoe-ppv-14/
Chevrolet Impala
- Includes one texture (four slots but the game only uses one)
- This is a FICTION texture (not used in the real world)
- A slick texture for the Impala.
- LINK: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8764-2014-chevrolet-impala-ppv-umuc/
Bravado Rumpo
- Includes one texture (three slots but only one is needed, just replace all with the one texture)
- This is a FICTION texture (not used in the real world)
- A new type of vehicle added to GTA V, a public order vehicle didn't exist till now.
- LINK: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8855-rumpo-police-transport-ambulance/
Know bugs
- The CVPI seems to be really glossy, that is the vehicle which hopefully is going to be fixed.
Installation
- First of all install all of the vehicles.
- Then navigate to the ‘YTD’ files in OpenIV and enable editing.
- Replace the texture slots given with the TST textures (make sure not to use the CVPI more than once)
- Load up your game and show whose boss.
Proudly brought to you by Call Of Reality.
The Texas State Trooper MiniPack.
