    Hello I am new to LSPDFR as of 4 months ago. I have this issue where I can not get ELS lights to work at all. When I try to bring up the ELS panel with the ctrl+p all it does is pause GTA V. When I press U/ I to cycle through lighting patterns nothing happens. Can someone please help me!!!
