  1. PLEASE HELP GTA IV wont launch after downloading LCPDFR!

    I had GTA IV working properly on my pc until I downloaded LCPDFR. I don't know a whole lot about how to fix it besides some youtube videos. I just want to play LCPDFR. Please help!! If you can help me get LCPDFR installed correctly and want to help, email me please!! kalebmills7@gmail.com
