I've noticed quite often whenever you frisk someone and you don't find anything but you are going to arrest them for lets say active warrants, after a frisk, instead of releasing the subject and then having to go back in and arrest them, an option should be added "Do you want to arrest this person?" Y = yes N = no. And to make things easier, if you do find something, have the game automatically arrest the subject.

My game randomly crashes all the time. It does not matter where I am at or what I am doing. There is no warning other than a slight pause, glitch, then black screen with Windows saying the application has stopped working. It also says game out of memory but thats because the Taser isn't installed properly or whatever. Another problem I have is that with the LCPDFR Diagnostic Tool, I attempt to create a log and it crashes. My game a valid disk game. I can post a picture validating this with my username on paper and everything to prove this. My game is 1.0.7.0 I run the .exe as an administrator Nothing in the game folder is in "read only" ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder There is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. I'm using LCPDFR 1.0c I have .Net Framework 4.5 and Microsoft Visual C++ Redlist 2012 installed. I try to load LCPDFR 1.0 after loading GTA IV, and none of the keys are responding. I can play the game like normal and ELS still runs correctly, but LCPDFR just will not activate. I have attached any potential log files, any other required log files do not exist unfortuantly.
