Issue has been resolved. Problem was menyoo.asi 
That script causes crashing and probably will never get updated since author was sued by rockstar or whatever the story is.

Issue fixed. Slender was missing Ragenativeui for eup.

Issue solved, user missing proper ragenativeui version. Updated to latest 1.6.3

Your ragehook version is 0.62. The latest is 0.63 please update it

Your log has no crashing. If you got inside a vehicle and your game crashed then that's a problem with a modded vehicle.

Your lspdfr didn't crash. It was terminated by ragehook because it took too long to load. By default a plugin has 10 seconds. You can change that in the .ini
It's called plugintimeout. This is normal for it too terminate if you have tons of plugins and also affected by your system. I have mine at 20 seconds.

Issue Fixed. Untick the option that lets you use online vehicles in singleplayer in the ragehook console.
