TheAzerCZ reacted to LMS for a file, Lenny's Mod LoaderThe general idea of Lenny's Mod Loader is to provide an easy way to install file modifications. This is achieved in two different ways depending on whether existing resources in the game are to be 'replaced' or if new resources are added to the game as 'addons'. To replace resources, the game file system can be modified on a per-file basis allowing you to quickly change the content of files without touching any RPFs. To add new resources, the new content can be loaded from disk directly into the game, again without the need for any RPF changes. Goodbye to patchday17 and dlclist.xml. Certain mods, such as vehicles, can even be loaded at runtime, making choosing your new favorite ride a breeze.

TheAzerCZ reacted to qfmarine for a file, Realistic RadianceRealistic Radiance
Just a simple edit to Radiance V to make the lights less intense for those who don't know how to edit visualsettings.dat
This should help content creators with viewers complaining about bright lights especially at night. This simple code edit gives the same feel of the original Radiance V but without the overpowering blur especially when recording.
This is my personal opinion of what a light bar would look like during different times of day.
Installation.
In OpenIV navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Drop the visualsettings.dat into this folder.

TheAzerCZ reacted to Yard1 for a file, Bravado Buffalo 1st gen Mapped Default-StyleThis is a Bravado Buffalo 1st gen (police2) mapped to support liveries and a lighting setup identical as on the default model. The lightbar is set as an extra. meaning that the car may spawn in a slicktop configuration. If you don't wish for it to spawn without the lightbar, add FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE to the vehicle's flag in vehicles.meta (in update.rpf).
Included in the archive are 8 High Quality (4096x4096) and 8 Standard Quality (2048x2048) - 4 LSPD and 4 LSSD skins and PSD files with editable unit number layers for both High Quality (4096x4096) and Standard Quality (2048x2048) allowing you to make additional unit numbers, should you wish to do so.
The glass works perfectly.
