    Jurisdictions+ 686 Callouts Kuchera Callouts has bug in them try to launch rage hook and unselect them all and move the timeout from 4000 to 10000 launch the game hit F4 to bring up rage hook and manually loaded one by one

    blk highway has a bug and 686 callouts causing it to crash open up rage hook and uncheck lspdfr and launch HIT F4 load plugin lspdfr from to forceduty move the timeout from 4000 to 10000 so it can loaded the plugin
