    I'm having issues with downloading mods on this website, getting about 900kb/s which is really slow and unusual. I tried all of the other servers and they all have exactly the same download speed which is weird as well, 900 kb/s. Diagnostic tool info:

    I know what caused it for me, I was using about 4-5 plugins, removed all of them then went on duty and no FPS drops, so I guess it's one of the plugins I had that was causing the FPS drops.

    I've installed LSPDFR for the first time and Installed a couple of plugins as well, when I enter the game at first I have stable 140-130 FPS, but once I load LSPDFR via console I get a drop of about 50-60 fps, making it a stable 70 FPS with drops to 40-50. Any help would be appreciated here.
