    Hello,
     
    For this issue, you need to increase your PluginTimeoutThreshold. To do that, follow these steps:
     
    1. Launch RPH.
    2. When it gets to the small window, press the silver cog in the bottom left.
    3. Navigate to the Misc tab.
    4. Find the section for PluginTimeoutThreshold and change it to 60,000.
    5. Save and launch.

    You have to update .NET 4.6.2  to .NET 4.7.2.

    Why, i installed eveything 100% correctly because i've done this before the update and it was working.
