I think the Mods folder thing worked, It loaded in and worked as properly as I could expect it to after being away for almost 3 months. Thank you so much
  2. While loading the game without RPH, it crashes after about 20 seconds of attempting to load into singleplayer. When launching the game with RPH it loads and gets stuck on the loading screen until force stopping the game. There's no RPH logs for recent crashes, this is the first time I've tried to play in over 2 months. All the drivers are updated, and all Plugins are updated. Thank you for the help in advance.
  3. Thank you so much! It worked!!!!
  4. I'm so having this issue for the first time.. I reinstalled everything including RPH, ScriptHook, and ELS
  5. The other day I was playing for about an hour and everything was fine, I decided to get off for a while and when I launched the game to start another Patrol I realized my car was not lighting up properly when initiating Emergency lights. I've tried the following Reinstalling ELS Uninstalling and reinstalling ASI loader Uninstalling and reinstalling OpenIV Reinstalling the Vehicles and the XML Files for ELS for the vehicles. Here is a video I took to better showcase the problem. If you know what is wrong please help
