Boogienights reacted to CouthInk4 in Less actionpacked Callouts?Check out the API Development forum section, there could be a tutorial in there on how to create your own calls.

Boogienights reacted to DamionFoster in Less actionpacked Callouts?I'm sure it's possible for the most part... Would just take some scripting, and setting certain variables low... I forget which callout mod it is off hand, but one of them lets you perform (basic) investigations to determine who did what and all of that crap.
Maybe you could code something similar?
I agree though, having lower key callouts would be pretty cool, no matter how mundane.

Boogienights got a reaction from ESU in Less actionpacked Callouts?I've been thinking of the callouts. I'm not a modder (wish I would know how to mod) but I wonder why there are so few lets call them "non vehiclular based" callouts?
To add immersion to the police life I would love to see more "regular" callouts.
To make some examples.
A callout to a house for domestic violence. This obviously has to happen in front or back of a house since we cant enter the vast majority of buildings.
Disturbance (house party or similar)
Vandalism (knocked over trashcans, grafitti, smashed windows in cars)
Shoplifters
Maybe some minor accidents?
Call to assist the Fire department to close of a block during a fire.
Are these kind of callouts not possible to code or is simply not the demand for it? Ok granted not the most exciting callouts with lots of drama, but the life of a officer is not being under constant fire or being in a high speed pursuit. We have a few lowkey callouts but the majority is more of the high stakes kind and vehicle based targets.
