Well there is a reason for sherrif2, because the pack is going to be a Southern California Pack and I am using the Explorer as the Sheriff SUV.

Making a custom livery for the Explorer, but I end up having a black top on the Arjent. I am placing this in patchday4ng as a sheriff2 vehicle. So any suggestions on how to get this fixed would be very helpful to this construction of this pack. Also note, that in OpenIV it is not showing black on top, but in game it is.

Well now that you don't have anymore time constraints due to everyone getting the base mod with some great content, perhaps for a future release, an button like Shift-E or Ctrl-E to cycle through what arrest animation, or another type of system. No need to let animations get unused.

I am guessing this will mean a new system for ELS. Like an ELS mod now, since people are going to want to control strobes and traffic indicators.

I think he is referring to the Illuminati and new world order garbage. The issue here is race. If it was a white person this wouldn't have been news. It's because our countries ancestors were ass hats and enslaved the African American population in our country back in the day, and the segregation issue back in the 50s, so now the 21st Century has to suffer with this BS. I will admit some officers go over board and do drastic things, and that is partly because some police departments prefer quantity over quality. So their training isn't made clear enough or things are left out. I honestly think that she died from internal bleeding because her head got smashed on the ground, and she stated that she couldn't even hear from one side out of her ear. Humans make mistakes, and this is what happens. It is what it is. May she RIP and let's hope that things like this don't happen often.

Was wondering if it was possible to make the police sirens from watch dogs into GTA V. I really love those sirens!
