2002 Impala (edit: wrong pic )

​I been trying to do reskins that look like Russian cops, but I couldn't find a model/mod that would look realistic with the skin. Maybe I should get into 3d modding lol.

So there aren't any Russian police ped mods for GTAIV. So yeah, this thread is basically a request for them. Here's some pics

EFLC has more police vehicles, that you can use or replace with mods. ( The vanilla vehicles don't look too great...)

This isn't really a suggestion, I'm just wondering if it would be possible to add more features to the autosave option, when your game crashes. Right now it only saves your officer model, and location. But it doesn't save your partner, (sometime he spawns next to you when you load in, but he just walks off ) your car, or any "revenue" you made from citations (I like to RP...). And sometimes your player voice won't work, but perhaps that's caused by something else? These would be great features for a later update, although are there coding/modding limitations to this?

Ok, so it wasn't the bus mod... But I was able to play LCPDFR for 45 minutes(which is the usual amount I used to get) till it crashed with the new ELS V8.5 update, that was just release today.

I removed the bus mod, and I was able to run LCPDFR for 30-35 minutes, then I ended my shift and saved. I think that may have been the culprit.

The game is still crashing, even after re-installing and deleting saves, but I notice now how every crash error is this "SMPA60". After some research its supposedly saving a modded car at a safehouse, but people said they where still getting it with a un-modded game. But it also could be your vehicle mods causing it. I been using 3 vehicles made by Luxart, I could run the game for 30-60 minutes, or more without a crash. But at some point it started crashing more often, around the same time I added a NYC bus mod. Another point is, I played through the first missions, because I started a new game, and ran the game for over a hour without crash. It seems to crash when I'm playing LCPDFR... I can't find a culprit for the crashing...

I been having a lot of stability issues with GTA 4 mods and LCPDFR, and already I have uninstall it to do a complete reinstall ( I could get a hour at most, but now it crashes every 20 minutes). After reading through some threads, installing mods in a certain order may help? So what would be the best way to install these mods? LCPDFR 1.1 ELS V8 TrafficFlowV5 Simple Native Trainer v6.5 & Vehicle and Ped modifications Also are any of these mods know for crashing, ELS, TrafficFlow?

I replaced one of the traffic cop heads with the black regular cop, it shows up perfect in OpenIV, but it's still the old head in-game?

So lets say I wanted to replace a ped model/head, with a other ped? Would it be possible to replace one of the traffic cops heads, with one from the regular cops?

What would be a good ENB that doesn't eat too much FPS?

I downloaded a skin for the Enforcer, but the color is wrong in-game (black instead of white), in the OpenIV viewer its correct. Here are the images...(or attach files)

I been trying to link my account to the game for about 3 days now. I already tried looking up the problem, they said keep trying at different times of the day till it works, and last night it did work. But after I started up the game after work today, the game no longer display my name in-game. And I'm stuck with trying to link my account again. Any advice?
