I been using Win 10 for almost 6 months now and I haven't had any problems with it really.

Native GTA 5 police choppers will shoot suspets, the ones that patrol around randomly. Since 3.0 police peds/vehicles around the area will automatically join a pursuit.

Its easy to replace a police2 vehicle in police3 the first time, because its just drag & drop, like the .yft and .ytd But it gets a bit more complex trying to add more though, then you have to add the code to the .meta and stuff.

I'm making skins for this vehicle, is there a way to make plates spawn randomly (like on vanilla cars/other mods) instead of it being part of the skin texture?- 182 comments

I was able to replace the regular hat with the winter hat, I'm going to try the coat now...wait, that's impossible the ped face model and skin textures are in the same file as the uniform. http://i.imgur.com/LROpDMJ.jpg- 2,345 comments

You hit edit mode, then drag and drop the vehicles files into the vehicles.rpf

There are multiple ways, you can put it in GTA V>x64e.rpf>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf I put vehicles into GTA V>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday5ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf so if it doesn't work or crashes the game I can simply delete it without worry about backups, if you put it in x64e it'll replace, if you put it in patchday5ng it'll overwrite. Or you could make a mod folder but I don't know how that works.

I only did like 10 missions (276 hours played), yes you can play with mods before completing the story.
