Will This Laptop Run GTA 5 and 4?
Yes then do as i and other people said, and buy the MSI leopard one instead of the toshiba. It will give you a lot more performance than the toshiba.

ELS lights not working
Do you get that "beeplike" sound whenever you press j when in a els enabled vehicle? If not, then that means you've installed ELS incorrectly. If you can just enable the siren by pressing g without pressing j 3 times, then that also means you've installed ELS incorrectly. Check your ELS installation, make sure it is installed correctly.

Will This Laptop Run GTA 5 and 4?
Yes indeed. Because the toshiba one honestly is crap, with that intel hd you will barely run gta v at all, and you will have really bad frames. The msi leopard one will most likely run the game atleast on medium to high settings with 30+fps. It's well worth the more expensive price.

Will This Laptop Run GTA 5 and 4?
If you're going to choose between the two, then obviously pick the more expensive one. The better graphics card alone makes it worthwhile.

LSPDFR 0.2 - The Police Computer
Haha man me too! I remember playing that game on the PS2 waaay back in the day, frisking people on the street then suddenly finding a shotgun or an ak on an old woman haha that was epic. And punching and karate kicking everyone in the face was awesome aswell. Oh the memories!

LSPDFR 0.2 - The Police Computer
Yep, agree with you 100%. Just being able to frisk every ped and ask for their id and find out if they are wanted or not, will already give a lot more to do and more life to the game.

LSPDFR 0.2 - The Police Computer
If that is indeed the case, then i'll be over the moon. That is my most wanted feature right now, because i loved the feature that i could search and question whoever i wanted in LCPDFR. This indeed looks promising. Hopefully along with the id request, you can also frisk them. Also tell them to leave the area, like in LCPDFR, the callout where there were homeless dudes lying on the ground, i told them to move along and they did. This would really help in GTA V, especially with the people who are drinking in public.

LSPDFR 0.2 - The Police Computer
I'm afraid that isn't quite possible just yet, which is a shame. It'd be great to question a random ped on the street, get his id, frisk him, and if he has maybe drugs, arrest him. But i think Sam said that is not quite possible just yet.

idea for fix of lack of speech audio files for LSPDFR
I think that would be possible, but i'm not the one to say. Hopefully it is, i wouldn't mind that.

I just reinstalled GTA IV just to play this mod, what do?
That won't affect LCPDFR in any way. When you activate the mod and go on duty, all the islands and bridges unlock automatically. Also you get a pre-defined selection of weapons everytime you go on duty, regardless of your story completion. You can change the weapon selection somewhere in the LCPDFR folder ini files as far as i remember, but you could also just use native trainer and spawn in a couple of guns for yourself, if you really wanted.

Agreed, that would be cool. I'm sure they're adding that later down the line, because it clearly exists for the AI. Just gotta wait for future updates.

LSPDFR for GTA ONLINE
You don't get it, do you? Here's the bottom line. GTA IV's multiplayer had LAN, and dedicated lobbies. GTA IV was basically client sided. So the users decided what they can do with it and what they can't. You probably didn't even get banned in GTA IV multiplayer for using mods or such. However, GTA V's online is server sided, it's being controlled by Rockstar, and you can't do what you want with it. It's not dedicated, it doesn't have LAN support or such. Everything you will do, will in one way or another, affect the world of GTA Online, and affect other peoples' experience. You didn't have that in GTA IV multiplayer, as everyone had different client sided lobbies. Do you get it now? It's not possible.

Future Callouts Wishlist
Great ideas here, hopefully some of these will be implemented in the future.

What are your thoughts on the very first version of LSPDFR? What would you like to see in the future?
Well said Sam. I respect your work a great deal, and i hope you guys have a bright future with the mod, and more possibilites will open up, to make it as good as LCPDFR, and even far better than that. I understand it all takes time, just that i was really concerned when you said that it's kind of impossible to frisk people currently, and so on. But i think as time goes by, people will find ways to access certain files and stuff, that currently is impossible. I have the utmost faith in you and the whole of the LSPDFR development team. Good luck to you guys, i'll be eagerly awaiting what can be done in the future.

What are your thoughts on the very first version of LSPDFR? What would you like to see in the future?
This is my thoughts on a different topic, but here it is anyways, you get the idea. It was about a topic asking if people are fine with no dialogue and animations, to include some features imho crucial to the mod. I'm absolutely fine with that. I understand that for some inexplicable reason, Rockstar decided to not add such animations to the game, it's kind of ridicolous. They basically made the police less realistic, and less in depth. Let it be without animations, as long as it happens. Right now, sadly, as far as i understand, frisking and asking for registration and id, and then running it on the computer, or asking dispatch, like in LCPDFR, is kind of impossible, because there's no dialogoue, and as far as i'm aware, the guys behind the mod have no intentions on adding these features. Let there be no dialogue, just make it text only, i'm alright with that. So are many other people. Because right now it seems to me like, all LSPDFR will likely be in the future, is callouts. There's hardly any roleplaying or interacting with npcs, you won't be able to frisk them, you won't be able to ask for their id. That's what made LCPDFR special and fun. The fact that you just patrol around casually, then you see an alleyway with some shady people sitting there, smoking. You go there ask for their ids, frisk them, find a gun and there's an arrest. Or you just find nothing and let them go. That immerses me more into the police work. Without these kind of imho, crucial features, i'm afraid LSPDFR won't be as in depth and as fun as LCPDFR was. The world of GTA V has so much potential, the city and the countryside look beautiful, but if all it will be used for, is mostly callouts, where you can't even id the people or frisk them, or make them drop their gun, like you could in LCPDFR, it will become stale and boring very fast. LCPDFR is so much fun, but i don't want to go back to the dull Liberty City, mostly because of how unstable GTA IV is. If the current features, maybe without dialouge and animations, of LCPDFR will return to LSPDFR, then it will be amazing. I hope i didn't sound too negative or whiny, but this is my honest thoughts about LSPDFR right now. I'm afraid there are far too many limiting factors currently, that prevent it being as good as LCPDFR. If nothing above will be implemented, then i'm afraid LSPDFR will be just a stripped down version of LCPDFR.

Would you be okay with features being added if it meant they wouldn't have animations for now (but may later)?
