Alright so just to get right in to it.. Already had 2010, 2012 distributables installed..redid them anyway.. Did the auto install of LCPDFR and it first gave me that error, did the advanced option like it says, says it found everything and its good to go but it still gave me the same error.. Uninstalled and reinstalled using the manual installation..Still nothing..same things, same error message. Game is running as Admin. All folders are taken off of read only. Tried ALT+P and it still doesnt do anything. Picture of my directory below.. Any ideas? Ive read the manual and that doesnt offer any help as ive done everything listed multiple times. Windows 7.. No other mods, fresh install from STEAM. Disregard. Works in game, something up with the config tool. If you have this problem, try to use ALT+P after you drop off that guy roman and you walk outside the apartment. it should work fine. If the advanced config says everything is working, than you should be good to go.
