Hey guys, I got LCPDFR going and running smoothly, but there are a ton of other mods that can be applied to make LCPDFR so much better. I've have looked around seeing if there are any "how to's" or anything on installing these other mods and none of them give me a great example of every step you have to take to make sure the mod runs in game. I'm brand new to the modding community (noob for short : D) and I'm at a standstill with installing these extra mods, such as adding new police cars or any of the other recommended mods to be used with LCPDFR. As I've said I have looked all around the internet and on these forums with no help. I have SparkIV downloaded but don't know how to use it. I'm guessing it is just me and my incompetence towards all this, but any help would greatly be appreciated! P.S. My apologies if there is a thread on this. Like I said, I've searched all over
