Okay, I'm confused now. I added Traffic Policer first, ran GTA, and my backup worked correctly. Then I added Arrest Manager with it, restarted the game, and now the backup issue doesn't seem to be happening. Honestly not quite sure what to make of that

No issues. Backup arrives, sticks around for a bit, and then leaves.

@Albo1125 the bug I was having is still happening :( I have a completely fresh install of GTAV from Steam, and the only two plugins I have added to LSPDFR are Traffic Policer and Arrest Manager. Backup spawns and arrives on scene, runs around a bit, and then stops entirely. They never return to their car and leave/cleanup properly.

@Albo1125 thanks for the reply! I have not tested it without any other mods/plugins. I'll try that and see if that changes anything.

http://pastebin.com/jZHk2q97 I am experiencing a strange bug. Started a pursuit and called in for backup patrol units and an air unit. The markers for the units showed up on the map but I noticed that they did not move. I ended the chase and drove to where one of the units spawned and the two officers were just sitting in their car not moving. Every backup unit (land and air) I call never moves once spawned in using this version of Arrest Manager. EDIT: This bug does NOT occur with the previous version (4.1). However, units (land and air) spawn and respond properly but never cleanup/leave the scene. They just freeze after the pursuit ends. Tow trucks (including police radios), the insurance company car, and even coroner vans freeze when their job is complete. Any idea what might be causing this?
