When i put my disc in, it doesn't have reinstall option.. And my CP doesn't have any GTA IV.. >_<

After i tried to install some add-on cars in my vehicle.img, my GTA IV starts to crash When i click start, and after loading.. It will keep saying The program is not responding despite trying many times.. HELP !

But it is a Disc Image File to me, i cant seem to pull inside it... When i click it, it asked me whether if i want to burn the disc.

I have been finding vehicle.img to put my add-on vehicle in, but i cant seem to find it.. anyone can help?
