Then I was wrong. It can't be a saved game issue. When you save a game it appears in the location I told you earlier.

Download a 100% save game file from google. Here's one from a known GTA IV modding site: http://www.gtainside.com/en/download.php?do=cat&id=319 Just pick which one you want. You can delete a game save by doing this: Click the Start Logo aka Blue Orb for us Window's 7 users>Click documents>Click Rockstar Games>Click GTA IV>Click Savegames and delete the file(s) that say SGTA. There will be numbers at the end of the file such as 400, 412 and etc. This means it is indeed, a saved game file. Deleting these will cause you to start a new saved game :)

Delete the save game or create a new one.

@Kub: In that second picture, the back of the car has the letters "Sau" What department was that? LOL. And yes, I've seen the explorers.

Well, most cities try to refrain from doing the PIT when there's a lot of cars parked on the street or there's a lot of buildings like in NYC or there's a lot of people, again, like in NYC, LOL. I think most agencies do it when there's the least collateral damage to be done. (Like civilians' cars being hit from the PIT and etc. I know if someone was that greedy for money they could file a lawsuit.)

No...when you installed LCPDFR, there should have been a part that allowed you to link your account.

You can't save the call-outs. You'll always get the same ones because LCPDFR's only scripted for a few call-outs, not infinite. It's highly likely to get the same call-outs. I avoid this by going to different islands and patrolling.

Your stats are saved automatically, but that's only if you've linked your LCPDFR account.

Now you're asking for someone to upload a copy of the game...really? Go out and buy the game, legally. You'll get more support if it's a legal copy.

You said the sound works. Do you mean the ELS siren works or the in-game siren? The difference between the two is that the in-game one is also linked to "G" so you may be using the in-game siren instead of the ELS siren. Make sure you installed all of the files included in the ELS folder that you downloaded.

If I recall, there was a thread identical to this almost and one of the Staff said if it was, it'd be very basic and then they would work their way up and so on with the script. I forgot who said it though.

Are you letting the cut-scene run while you're a different player model besides Niko? That will cause my game to crash. You shouldn't be doing campaign missions though when you're actually on duty.

Well, 'normal' people don't act like that....it's mostly gangsters that do it and/or people who are committing crimes that are eventually going to get caught.

Meh...they're appreciated. The only people who don't appreciate them are criminals. Trust me, the people that hate the police....when someone's got a gun to their mother's face and the police save her...he'll respect them. Thanks for the video though!
