PLEASE NOTE -  The unmarked vehicles have been separated from the main folder and are their own download due to upload size limits. 
 
- If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 and POLICE6 will not work in game. You can rename these to whatever you want. Just make sure your vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

TINT BUG? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If your Impala is flipping try a different handling line. I have had luck with POLICE3 and FUGITIVE If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances.  If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there.  If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix.

Disclaimer: Since GPM is shutting down that is why I have been uploading so much on here the past week haha. Uploading everything I had uploaded over there here now 

If you have any more ideas for what I could do on this vest base and with the equipment I have, Please Let me know.. I have 4 days left on my zmod key. Just another simple vest that I thought I would release.. I dont think I will release any more on here but as I said if you have ideas dm me on here or on discord. 

Liveries are based on Sheffield Lake, Ohio, with some artistic liberty taken. Figured I'd put this together. skins are for the Taurus, Charger, and explorer. each vehicle has two skins, with the Taurus having a normal skin as well as a ghost livery since it is slicktop. (ghost livery contrast was adjusted for my settings with NVE so it may not look as good for you, my PC is kind of bad. overcast weather works best for me.)
if you use Emergency Distributor's Blaine County Mega Pack, the explorer is setup for two liveries so you can utilize the multiple unit numbers.
 
Charger is skinned for a template from Emergency Distributors.
 
If there is enough demand I may remake the livery for a more universal charger template as well.

I'm planning to make this a pack eventually, got a few other projects before that though.

I will not make this pack non-els, I have no use for it in non-els so I don't feel like taking the time to learn non-els.

Howdy here is a cool little Slicktop Traffic Unit I made. Its a 2018 charger that has some cool stuff. This vehicles was designed around the needs of a traffic enforcement perspective. It includes custom made Motorola L5M ALPR’s which are mounted on the rear of the vehicle for optimal scanning and efficient use of space. The vehicle features multiple extra’s to configure the vehicles parts and lighting to your liking. The ability to turn on takedown lights on the visor light has been added using extra’s.

I've always wanted proper duty pants for the regular Class A-C uniforms, and the current ones look a bit too "casual" to me. After scrolling through the EUP Menu, scrolling through OpenIV, painstaking paint.netting & game testing over the course of several hours, I've come up with these duty trousers.

Included:
- LSPD Replacement Trousers
- LSSD, SAHP, SASPA Replacement Trousers
- Security Replacement Trousers (Gruppe 6, SecuroServ, Chuff)

Notes:
- These trousers use the same colors pulled from original EUP L&O and S&R  pants. Unless you have changed colors & textures for your regular shirts, you will not need to recolor anything.
- These trousers will replace the trousers used in the EUP L&O and S&R Pre-Set Outfits.
- Installation guide included in the download file (backup files NOT included, be sure to backup your files prior to installation!)
- Recoloring the trousers to your own colors for personal use is allowed

Yo, This is my Whelen Justice Pursuit Pack, it was originally created for a community, but not anymore cuz they didn't like me lol. Pack includes a 2018 Dodge Charger, 2018 Ford FPIS, 2016 Ford Explorer, 2018 Chevy Tahoe, and 2018 Ford F-150. Models are Hardtop/Lightbar only, no slick top. They all include built in brake light Modules in the lightbar, Moveable Spotlights, and High quality Parts and equipment. I put good time in these, and would've made slick top ones too if it wasn't for burnout/not making it for the community. If the file receives a lot of support, I may do the slick top ones later.
