    I recently downloaded the Steam version of GTA V. I downloaded LSPDFR, Simple Trainer and all required mods that go with those. The game worked fine with those. I downloaded a car pack, used OpenIV to install it and now my game crashed to desktop upon launching the game. Any help would be appreciated.
