UPD #2 (18.01.15): - Original LODs were updated to my current version (NOoSE version) - Collisions (=STATUES SKELETON BUG) fix. Now there is no obstacle for parking - Added more parking places (pic below). And yes, I have no time to rescreen this, but the stripes are on the right place Good news: NO bugs were found!!! To do list Create a "To do list" Remove/replace humane statue of happy human in the garden Make and add a model of tab (=concrete block) Learn how to deal with .OPL and force the vehicles to spawn Collect every file to archive Upload "LC NOoSE instead of CC" mod to lcpdfr.com Cross everything above Profit!

As I said, "No humane statues of CC!". I tried to keep my promise, but something went wrong. Hangman's noose 3d model had too many faces to be converted to GTA IV. Now I'm surfing the net in search of more 3d models and I think that I won't find the suitable one. Guys, can I rely on your imagination? Sorry for my not good English: I'm Russian It's the most stupid mod I ever done! Anyway, because of the threat of a terrorist attack the Civilisation Committee had to leave Liberty City and a vacant building was taken over the NOoSE in order to organize a center of opposition to terrorists and immigrants. What includes my work? - 4 NOoSE logos on the buildings that raise the spirit of patriotism - No humane statues of CC! This is war! - US flags instead of CC flags! More patriotism! - Bigger car parking with auto-spawned NOoSE vehicles (nstockade, polpatriot, noose) + annihilator on the helipad! - A concrete block that will show everyone under whose control is this city! (like in GTA V - Los Santos Liberty City Government Facility) Work is in progress that's why no appropriate screens are here. But you may choose where should concrete block stay! My favourite authors are Ray Bradbury and Teodor Drayzer. And I love reading books that convey the atmosphere of smth very well. For example, "The Song of Ice and Fire".

I've written about FPS drop, but now everything is OK because I've deleted some unnecessary for going on duty .NETs and .ASI My computer is mid-end so normal is 30-34 FPS and with LCPDFR is 18-25.

My mistake..I hadn't spent time for Internet search. As for me, there is no difference between these words: they stand for one meaning (thanks, Google Translator).

Sometimes I just hate these menus in QAM. I've accepted callout with a violent gang behavior (from SuperVillains plugin). I wanted my partner to enter the alley from the other side while I was diverting "The Lost" men (the best tactic ever, lol). But everything went wrong because the "partner-menu" didn't appear after clicking CAPSLOCK. And Windows opened active programs (ALT+TAB). Anyway, this update is well-done (for me) and I now may patrol LC and its neighbors longer than ever!

Well, I don't understand the new QAM... Where are the options/toggles? Oh, and I've lost about 10 FPS after installing LCPDFR 1.0d!

I had such problem, but after turning off antivirus (Avast) it worked! However, it shows a Win32 Dropper-Gen virus in LCPDFR configuration tool.exe I don't know why it's happening!

Guys, sorry for not releasing this AWESOME mod. I have forgotten about it(( But I've added two placements for original LCPA booths! You know, I uploaded a new GREAT NYPD STATION PACK ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>). And now after holidays I'm going to create a PAPD of NJ&NY station so that these mods will go in couple. For "LC is NYC" lovers and "LC is LC" lovers. Have a good (holi)day!

Thanks, Murphy. If you see the photos of One Plaza (NYPD HQ), you won't see the bronze badge and that big statue of three policemen. I've made my work in terms of GTA 4 and its HD universe. I can't use such a big sign: all letters will be very thin. And I can't make the booth bigger: there would be no space for pedestrians.

Sorry for my not good English - I'm from Russia. Hi everyone who reads this message! I'm working with project of retexturing/redesigning ALL LCPD stations to NYPD. Everything was going well until I saw Star Junction booth that has neon letters. I need someone's experience in creating such realistic neon sign. The image texture is here.
