I'll se what I can do ! But simeone already make a LSPD texture It's in the to do list, but not at the top for the moment ;) They replace the IAA security Sorry, I don't use custom backup, but it's possible that custom back make him spaw with the 3rd vest (that usally exist on the IAA peds), but there is not 3 vest ^^ Try to check the .ini of custom back up !
