Welp I figured it out. If you uninstall the game and dump the project completely, your problems are resolved.

RagePluginHook.log Pretty fed up with this game and the mod. About year ago I got LCPDFR working great. then the "GREAT HEIST" update was released, and ever since LCPDFR has never been able to run. I finally uninstalled GTA5 all together, and gave up on this mod and game entirely for quite some time. Since I have updated my motherboard, Storage capability and Graphics card / RAM as well. But here we are today, and its the same song and dance. Install LCPDFR - it works fine , call outs work, its nice but missing some features. so you install EUP and its dependencies - this time using "Lenny's mod" - and after some troubleshooting this works. So you want to install a ticketing system "police computer" You used OpenIV to install into the right directory.... for police computer - but it keeps saying that the files are missing in the archive. What? So you install them, then rockstar's launcher "updates" the game - deleting the files. Ok no matter, I'll just give LCPDFR some playtime and boom - Another issue. Now when call outs are received, the game just CTD. lol So I look in the log and I see "slimDX" a known error. "oh well should be a known solution for a known error!" NOPE: "there is no direct solution yet, these are things others have tried and have found success" So I try; updating drivers, removing slimDX and starting the game, uninstalling various mods, restarting the computer, checking audio settings/drivers, uninstalling "ansi loader" from OpenIV, reinstalling rage plugin hook, ensuring i have the latest RagenativeUI.DLL, investigating forums only to find most simply just *gave up*. Are you serious? I can see why they call it "RAGEpluginhook" cause your *(^$*(@) Enraged by the end of the project. How is it, in the what, 8 years LCPDFR since GTA4 (which finally was able to be played at some stage without crashes),and LSPDFR for gta5, How is it in this time of looking into it now, 3 years? How is it this SlimDX error isn't figured out? What a sad story for a modification and community with such potential.
