Well windows is the only option you have if you want a real good one that's free but if you want to get one that's paid (which I highly recommend if you're planing to make a lot of videos) I would suggest getting something from the Sony Vegas Pro series anyway here are some cheap/free editing software http://www.pcworld.com/article/241855/how_to_edit_video_on_the_cheap.html
