I got it working. I downloaded version 0.90 from an external site, I got 0.91 from here and it worked on the first try. Thanks for your help.

Not for me. I checked the detailed install files and it says "Error opening ZIP file" and nothing more. Could that be the .Net Scripthook? And I'm beginning to think the problem is the error code that pops up when I start the game. I'll get the full code and get back to you. Should be like five minutes, give or take my PC sucking. Ok I have the code it's (without quotes) " N0.N3.T17'! "

Hello, I'm new to the LCPDFR world and to modding GTA 4 altogether. I have a question, and believe me I've been trying to avoid asking for help on this board for as long as possible. Anyway. I need help with the.net scripthook. I've ran the test you have on your board and everything checks out except for the .net scripthook. It says it has found one but it is out of date. I've been looking everywhere but I CANNOT find a current version. Also, when I start the game up, just to see if it works anyway, it says there was a script error, something like N0 N7 such and such. I can get the exact code if you need it but it is very time consuming. Can anyone help me find a current .net scripthook or tell me what the error code means, and a solution. I have the steam version of the game, I have recommended specs. and am installing it on the normal GTA 4 not Episdoes From Liberty City. Thanks.
