Unfortunately not... no other logfiles than the AdvancedHookInit.log :( I know, but the game doesn't recognize it

Hey Guys, I managed to run LCPDFR all the time perfectly. But now i got a new computer with Windows 8.1. Game runs perfectly, but when it's loaded, LCPDFR doesn't start, it says "lcpdfr loader.loader error". The console says "Error during Tick in Script ...." . I knew that topic existed before, and I also know whats the problem: The diagnostics tool says .Net Framework is missing. But when I try to install it, the Setup always says .Net Framework 4.5 is installed as default on Windows 8.1 and it can't be installed twice. Is this a known problem, any ideas on solving that? Thank you very much for any answers P.S. There is no LCPDFR.log in my game folder, would have uploaded otherwise. I have an original copy of EFLC with the latest patch and im tryin to run lcpdfr 1.0c. No Mods installed except Simple Native Trainer. Already tried reinstalling the game, didn't help
