  1. Whats the pathway to look at that?

Hello guys, I am not computer savvy by any means. I have reinstalled GTA V, LSPDFR and ELS multiple times. I have been watching Benzo videos on installing everything. I get the game to work and I can play LSPDFR, but my ELS lights look white, or red very diluted, and blue you can't really tell it's supposed to be blue. I have looked at every help topic, installed radiance, downloaded some visual adjustment on here and no change. The red and blue reflect off everything in red and blue colors, but the all lights on the vehicles are not red or blue. my car.defaultlights are at 9999k for day and 6000 for night. Getting very annoyed and love the game. All drivers are up to date and the game runs smoothly. I have a I-3 at 3.9 ghz, GTX 750 with 2 gb, 8 GB ram. Not sure what else I need to try.
  3. What would be cool is if the cop cars are held at say 5 over the speed limits to make it easier using a controller and not out run every car no matter where you are, and once you activate stage 3 lights, boom, you can run as fast as you can go. I would love to learn how to script, but I am simply too slow to learn.
