Since the new update GTA doesnt start, it say loading and after a while it says quitting and then im able to press Play again. It doesnt matter if i start it with or without rph i would be thankful for help

Hello, after 1 year i decided to play lspdfr again. I downloaded all the things i need and installed it. Also i downloaded some car packs and every car works except sheriff and sheriff2. I tryed different models and installed them in the newest patchday after that i tryed patchday 14 and 3. Nothing works. Does anyone know an solution?
