but the LCPDFR Diagnostics Tool is not opening and i have checked all thing and i didn't failed and i have not crack game it's on my cd disc everthing is ok it's not even opening that's the problem

Well The LCPDFR Diagnostics Tool would't not find Net Framework 4.5 because i have like 4.5.2 and i can't open the log because it comes error like ''program execution suspended''
