    Hello Double Doppler, I wanted to ask you a question. I have recently opened a Police Clan for GTA 4 and would like to learn how to mod models. I am very interested in learning this, however I have not that much experience. Could you please create a police car for me and could you possibly write me an email after you have finished to possibly explain what you did? I would be very appreciated if you helped me with this.
