Hi there a few friends and I are making our own FiveM RP community and I am trying to make uniforms for us but just can't find a good youtube video on how to do it. I have never done it before and I have been trying to figure things out with paint.net and just can't can someone help me please?

does anyone know how to make their own police cars or any good videos on doing and are not just texture being put on, I have looked everywhere for a good video so I can learn but I can not find one.

All my lights turned either completely white or a sky color blue. I don't know what happened or how to fix this. please help!

so i download els 8.0 and one i cant put els.asi in my file it wont allow it and two when i put it in it doesnt work all it does it leave my lights on and they are not like doing anything PLS PLS help me
