  1. ELS installation, lights not flashing NEED HELP

    i have been having this issue for about a month, please take it easy on my because i am a noob to the whole GTA modding scene. So i install ELS and a ELS model car, go ingame spawn it great, but when i press the siren and lights buttons only the sirens work no lights really could use some help probally would be easier to help with voice so, if possible add me on skype captain.flappers
