Well I searched and searched but couldn't ever find a texture for my home town police cars so I made my own, from what i can tell it is spot on. It is to be used with Cj24's 2012 Unmarked Dodge Charger ( http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/2012-dodge-charger---unmarked-police-els-f18017 ) INSTRUCTIONS - Use sparkIV (after you've installed the vehicle of course) and Go to (GTA IV Directory) /pc/data/models/vehicles.img and open it, find Noose.wtd and press "edit" at the top right of SparkIV. find "police_sign_1' and replace it with mine that you downloaded. click "save and close" and you're done! NOTE- For all blue lights like the one in the pictures, you need to replace the file named "EMERGLIGHTS_EMIS.png" with mine that i've also included in the description. (its the same process to change as the texture) More to come as i personalize all the vehicles in my GTA! This is my first mod so I hope you guys like it!
