@Forsteic Im having very bad download speed only on LSPDFR tho, its weird three weeks ago it worked like a charm now its killing me.

Hello lads, im wondering is it just me downloading any file 10x less of what the speed used to be? or is the website having speed issues for some time now?

Hello! I used to play LCPDFR a lot back on GTA IV, loved it! the best of it was ELS it made vehicles look amazing, non-the-less eversince LSPDFR came out i had issues with it, from crashing to mods not working, anyway so whenever ELS came out, installed it though the Panel (CTRL+P) ingame doesnt show up, nor the horns work, so pretty much it does not work at all. I've tried several things and now i am desprate about it so please help me! Trying different ELS compatible vehicles. Uninstall/Reinstall ELS. Scripthook latest version. Reinstalling GTA. I also put the .XML files in pack_default. Tried using my own directory for the VFC's. But nothing seems to have fixed it, so please reach out to me and help me fix this as i love these mods!
