    Apparently I don't have the ordinal 42 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:WindowsSYSTEM32xlive.dll. Anyone know where this is located so I can fix this?

    I got everything downloaded and tried to launch GTA IV from steam then it crashes right a way. I'm on a windows 8 gaming laptop and so far it can run gmod pretty darn good. Way better than the last laptop, but I really want to play this to relax from a hard day in the Army. I'm still getting use to this laptop so I really need help getting around. It's not like vista that I knew every corner and knew what folder people were talking about.
