KANSAS STATE EUP PROJECT
 

This EUP Pack is based off the Police Service of Northern Ireland, Also known as the PSNI. If you ever wanted to do British LSPDFR but with guns or Don't want to spend time removing the AI Firearms, then this is your answer as the PSNI has every officer armed with a Firearm.
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
INSTALL
Follow the Folders to the Directory and then simply drag and drop using OpenIV once you have installed EUP.
For the Jacket, Hoodie and Crye Trousers you will need to follow the directory into the MPHiest Folder that is outside of the EUP Directory. Once installed simply go into game and either use the EUP Wardorbe provided or using the menu to make your own outfit setups.
