I have seen in numerous videos a digital speedometer can someone link me to a mod like this? I haven't a clue what it is.

I have been looking for the manual in the files which shows the weapon ids but can't find it, I would like to add an M4 to the default police loadout but i don't know the weapon ids. Could someone please post a list of them or the location of the manual, either is fine. Thanks :)
