Alright, I have few questions. When I taze the suspects and aim at them. They just standing up there and nothing. How I'm able to get their hands up or something? They are not running, just staying there and nothing. Also, how do I use LCPDFR datebase in-game? It's not with E, because it's another thing but I am not able to type the name of the person.

I'm installing the game and it says, that I should install Rockstar social club and xlive. Where I'm able to find them?

Hello everyone, I just noticed this mod "LCPDFR" and I was wondering, how to install it. Well, basically...is anyone available to explain to me, how to install this Mod. I have a question, of course. Is it for the nornal GTA IV or Liberty City? Thank you!
