I got gta iv and fixed everything so it works fine and had LCPDFR with mods working too. I installed the coroners mod and played and it worked fine about 4 days ago and then 4 days later (today) I load up gta iv and it loads fine but as soon as I get to the police station the game crashes. Then I try to launch Steam in admin mode to play GTA IV but then it said I have to reinstall steam. So I reinstalled steam but did not delete the games I guess it was a steam related issue. I load GTA IV and then it works fine for abotu 5 minutes while playing lcdpfr and then I try to pull a car over and the game crashes. I check my launch options and they were all deleted so I put them in again and then GTA IV still does the infinite loading screen and then sometimes loads the game in and then the screen dims and then goes black and then the game crash. So I resinstalled GTA IV with a backup I had but still the same thing. I researched for days on how to fix this and finally got it working but now it stopped working. I looked up other websites on how to fix but a lot seem to not work or there specifically working for people becasue they can communicate with the person who is trying to help. Thanks in advance...

I installed the mod without the Readme and the mod still wont work I do control+T next to a parked car. Nothing happens.

also another question. I was trying to install ELS mod but when I went into open IV it wouldnt let me drag and drop ELS files to the directory so I just installed ELS without Open IV. Anyone know why this happend or what to do?

Thank you it worked. should I use open iv when installing any mods or just for cars? and does editing or adding a file in open IV go over to gta IV in the regular way I did it before?

When I request for like 3 units or something like that I get an error saying check LCPDFR log files but I am not sure how to do that can someone tell me where to go and how to do that? Thanks in advance

all I do is go to computer steam, program files x86 steam apps, common, Grand Theft Auto IV, GTA IV, PC, Models, Cdimages, and then I double click vehciles and then this comes up "Couldn't Mount Files- The disc image file is corrupted"

Update: just reinstalled GTA IV and the GTA IV vehicles file is corrupted still. is this the only way to put new vehicles in the game?

So I am resinstalling gta iv and I just downloaded lcpdfr 1.1 manual .rar and I noticed that the files are corrupt in lcpdfr 1.1 manual .rar. What do I do? When I manually install do I just not replace the folders in gta iv when putting the LCPDFR files in? Also now the folder models.img is corrupted when I download LCPDFR 1.1 manual install.rar. So the whole folder. So everytime I install LCPDFR that folder or the files in it are corrupted. I am guessing that I just don't replace any files when maually installing LCPDFR or do I just not replace that certain folder? Also what is open IV? I just open gta IV in steam. I install LCPDFR in steams steam apps.

. I cant put my vehicle file to replace another vehicle becasue the vehicles is a corrupted file.

So I was watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGpp1GXkGv8 and I was trying to add car mods which I think is when I just add a car that I want to the game and I got to the part of the video at 7:27 where he goes into vehicles.img. When I click on it it says this file is corrupted so I don't know what to do. Is there another way to add cars or to fix this? I was trying to add this thing called Spark IV so I clicked add to and then tried to find the vehicles.img but it was corrupted. Mine is a little different though mine just says vehicles but not sure if that would make a difference. If anyone could please help it would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

So I recently bought gta iv on steam and wanted to do lcpdfr. I downloaded it and watched and video and I am pretty sure I installed it correctly because some files I didnt download because it would interfere with others so I think I got that down. So I go to gta iv and for some reason my character is invisable since I installed lcpdfr and when I do alt p it says lcpdfr script error. I downloaded lcpdfr like 3 days ago I think so I am not sure if I got the latest lcpdfr becuase I heard there is a lcpdfr 1.0D and I am not sure if I have that installed. so can anyone help make my character appear again and to get lcpdfr working? also I am not very good witih computerers and didnt understand the troubleshooting tips. Thanks in advance.
