  1. ELS 8 Short Term Freezing Issue

    I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this issue.. Every time I turn on light stage 1 or 2 on an ELS police car, the game will freeze but the audio will keep playing for about 15 seconds.. Can someone help me? No one can help me?
