I take it that's the SAHP and LSPD right? Not this so "CHP" and "LAPD" that I've been hearing of right? -
It's not a priority, and it's not Los Santos, but I just think it would be cool to see -
My Antidote! It looks lovely, and just a suggestion, if you want to make a retro-ish pack, give the Police Transporter van a Sheriffs skin, and use a boxville as a SWAT van instead of the riot -

I think I found the origin of the Code Zero car pack, Alderney unit came from. I also noticed the Broker-Dukes cars they have look like East Orange, NJ PD cars Monterey County Sheriff 1973 Dodge Coronet
