    I haven't played my GTA IV game in years! That is why it's outdated! I guess I will need to update it now, thanks!

    First off, I am aware that I have a shit computer but I can honestly still play GTA IV. It lags but that doesn't bother me and I don't think that affects what my problem is. My problem is, when I play GTA IV without mods, it opens up fine etc. BUT it crashes once I install the LCPDFR0.95, I open up GTA IV as administrator and then when I am at the "Starting a new game" loading page, it crashes!! (PS: I'm using a GTA IV 1.0.3.0) I am not using steam. Thanks, hope you guys have an idea!
