Yes I have the Traffic Flow script installed. Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8300 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~3.3GHz Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

Alright so this doesn't happen frequently but I would just like to find out how to avoid this problem. It usually occurs maybe like 10 minutes after being on patrol. There will be a short lag spike and everything seems alright but after moving around the camera with the mouse and all, buildings, textures, etc. will start to freak out. They start to disappear or blur out and cars will be floating. If I try to press 'ESC' and come back to the game, the whole world will be gone and all you see is cars floating and seems just like a 'blue hell'. I use a single car pack and have ELS installed. The other mods are mostly script mods. Any suggestions on how to help prevent/stop this problem would help.

I do, but it will not allow me to open it up with Notepad for some very annoying reason. Also what does it mean when a vehicle has an extra_10 lightbar or whatever they mean when they state that?

What does having multiple liveries allow you to do? And yes, that's what I've been trying to do, but there isn't any editor that pops up when I click open or open with. It says I have to buy one.

And there's nothing you can do to fix that? What about the +livery thingy? Sorry, kinda new to this stuff but what does the "+livery" setting do? Because I thought that was the problem and when trying to fix it, it wouldn't let me open the "vehicles.ide" file.

Alright so basically, I have LCPD:FR 1.0c and ELS V8 installed. I have a Windows 8 PC and I also downloaded and installed one ELS vehicle so that I could try out ELS and what not. When I get into game, sometimes the vehicle that I installed for ELS has its lightbar and sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't, I usually have to try spawning in a new one every time. I also notice this with the same vehicle when the AI cops use it. It most often has the lightbar missing on their vehicles. And yeah, I don't really care about say the Impala cruiser and what not because I know that I didn't install an ELS vehicle for it. So I did some long research trying to figure out what the problem was. I came to the conclusion that it was probably a "+livery" issue I think. And so I looked up how to do that and yeah. But the thing that I'm having trouble with is the fact that when I try to open the "vehicles.ide" file in my common/data folder, it won't let me open it up in Notepad. It simply tells me to look in the Windows Store for an app to open and or edit it with. This is really frustrating because it seems that everyone else can do it but not me. I really don't know and I'm just stuck. Once again, I have LCPD:FR 1.0c and ELS V8 installed. I am running on a Windows 8.
