I got the 90.1, but I want 95. Now what do I do? Can I install it over 90.1 or do I uninstall it? If so how? I am not familiar with GTA mods so help would be appreciated.

Ok so, this is me being a bit stupid but I am new to GTA IV on the PC and I do not understand how moding works. So I've installed the mod, the game is running on the new patch. But I do not see any LCPD.exe files or nothing like that. So when I launch my game (as admin from steam) I do not know what to do in order to play the LCPD. There is nothing on the map that's new or nothing. Please help me out. I probably missed something obvious so please direct me. P.S. If you admins want to close the topic then do it, once I get a response it will probably save me embarrassment.
